You must be at least 14 years old.
Gracias is a personal gratitude journaling tool. You agree to use it respectfully. Do not use Circle to spam, harass, impersonate others, or share abusive, hateful or illegal content.
You are responsible for keeping your email-linked account confidential and for all activity under it. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
You own your gratitudes. Your entries, nickname and other content belong to you. You only give us the permission needed to store them and show them to the friends you choose to share them with. The Gracias app, design and brand belong to mayonesso.
You can report a friend's entry from your Circle feed, and you can remove a friend at any time (after that you no longer see each other's entries). We review reports and may remove content, or suspend or end accounts that break these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Your data will then be erased as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
If we change these Terms we will update the date above. Continuing to use Gracias means you accept the new Terms.
