Go to the Circle tab and tap the add button. You can search for friends by their nickname.
Go to Settings → Delete Account. All your data will be erased. See the full account deletion guide for details.
Make sure you're signed in with your email. Entries sync automatically when you have an internet connection.
Check that notifications are enabled for Gracias in your iPhone's Settings app (Settings → Gracias → Notifications), and that you have a reminder time set in the app.
